Anyone ever try the Graston Technique? If so, what were your results?

I did it on myself for arms, shoulders, as much as I could reach.
I used a long handled stainless steel serving spoon LOL and some shea butter cream to help it glide. My chiro used it on my lower back pain and it plus adjusting really was helpful. I think basically it is best for releasing/breaking up adhesions, scar tissue. Worth a try , but I would find a chiro that is skilled in many techniques so they can utilize whatever is best for you.
