Did anyone have an abrupt start of symptoms from an accident? Or do the symptoms usually come on gradually--what is more common?
Is there a way to prove definitely the connection between your symptoms and an accident when there is a long gap from onset to diagnosis? Thanks |

Yes, I did have an abrupt onset of symptoms but not from an accident. I became disabled over the course of 2 weeks.

Mine was cumulative- chronic repetitive strain injuries, shoulder injuries, neck strain and a long ago concussion/whiplash that caused some c spine misalignments played a part I think in the overall picture.

Yes, I had sudden onset from a traumatic fall on outstretched arm. These symptoms were noticed before I could get on my feet. Over the last 14 months things have only progressed.
Good luck, D |
