Default Low Back Pain with TOS??

Hello Everyone, I want to know if any of you experience significant low and/or mid back pain with your TOS. I have consistent low back pain that mimics L3/4 disc pain with tingling and pain across the low back, buttocks and going down both legs. I have bilateral nTOS with scaring and some circulatory problems. When my arms are raised my blood pressure drops significantly. Some of my doctors believe that my TOS causes circulatory problems and this results in blood flow restriction and nerve pressure in the spinal column. X-rays and MRI studies are clear. I don't have any disc disease/arthritis or herniations. Has anyone been dealing with this? Have you found any relief or help with Physical Therapy?
