This is fantastic input, thanks! Can you tell me a bit more about the posture work and what exercises (apart from the earlier ones) are you doing for less pressure on the shoulders?
Are there any neck exercises? Or shoulder strengthening ones?
Also are the breathing exercises belly or diaphragmattic breathing? I dont have access to a TOS expert PT so am doing my own methods learning along the way. Your inputs help a lot.
