Any thoughts on doing the other side? One of the surgeons I saw told me that he would do both sides to completely reduce the risk although I had DVT just on one side.
Is your other side compressed at all?
How's your vein doing? Any issues while lifting with change of colour, swelling?
Keep the great work!

Thanks. I have compression on the left, but the venogram doesn't show any damage. So my surgeon does not want to do the other side. If I throw a clot over there, I'm to call him immediately. But there's no expectation that it will happen. There's no way I'm going to have an unnecessary surgery.
I'm not altering my activity at all. I'm doing lots of over head work. I think they left side will be fine.
Although most of my subclavian on the right is blocked, my left and right arms fatigue at the same time. I think the color of my hand has improved a bit. I have a pretty extensive and effective system of collateral veins. They get the job done. It seems that you can encourage collateral development though exercise. I think I did just that.
