Default Nightly/ Daily rituals: the sad sack thread

This forum has a lot of information, and reference and positivity, and sunshine. And I cannot express how much that is appreciated in
A world where such things are scarce commodities

But sometimes you have to not be ok. Complaining is catharsis too, and spelling out all the complicated list of things you do every day just to be "alright" helps change it from personal drama to comedy.
Plus, maybe some of us are trying to write country music lyrics or blues.

So let's go, what's your crazy daily maintenance techniques? What ridiculous things are you unable to do right now?

(Try and keep it light, and specific)
