If you are in Toronto, try head of vascular surgery at St. Michael's Dr. Al-Omran.
He did my surgery where he removed my scalene muscles and first ribs.

A word of caution though: He has tunnel vision with respect to treating vascular TOS and will not treat you if you have just nTOS. I had both so he was willing to go in and do the standard nTOS procedure as well.

Hello, was your procedure successful? I had both vascular and ntos as well. 1 year post-op and only vascular symptoms have subsided. I've had 3 Specialists tell me it's now permanent. A bummer to say the least.
