Default TOS surgeons in DC?

I've been dealing with weakness, tightness, numbness, and swelling in my left arm and shoulder for a few years now, and I believe that TOS is the culprit.

Does anyone know of a good doctor in the DC area?

Thank you.

Here is our Drs & PTs sticky -
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread135.html

Or a search of the forum - for state , or states nearby should bring up TOS drs nearby.

A lot of swelling, heaviness, maybe color changes?
might look into vascular tos / vascular surgeons..

Dr Dean Donahue in Boston is mentioned often.

Have you had any specific expert TOS PT or posture assessment?
Any self care things tried yet?

How long have you had symptoms ?
Any idea on how it came about? accident, sport injury, postures, desk or repetitive work?

Many of us suggest some expert therapy first as well as focus on self care as long as no severe pain issues or clotting issues. It is rarely a quick fix though depending on how long it has been going on..
Have you had any basic imaging or x rays to rule in/out spine or bone anomaly or other causes?

Dr. Dean Donahue in Boston - he will most likely start out with botox injections as a way to diagnose and/or as a treatment option before surgery. He is really awesome.
