Default hot and cold therapy tubs

I know that in the past my hot tub has been a relief at times when I was hurting. But I have read a couple of place that a cold therapy tub will help alot also.

Has anyone tried cold therapy for their TOS?

I found a couple of links to ones and trying to determine if they might be worth looking at.
