Default Osteopathy

Anybody on here ever see an osteopath for their TOS? I've heard of people seeing osteopaths after fractures and disc problems in their cervical spine and coming out pretty much fixed. What are your guys' experiences with osteopaths? Also, What is the difference between a chiropractor and a Doctor of Osteopathy?
