Friends,.
I am suffering from ntos bilaterally. Not worked since last 5 months as I work on computers 8 hours a day. My pain is under control , elbows feeling much better. But I cannot sit at home as need income to feed myself and dependent family. I am seriously thinking to go back to same work again no matter what are the consequences. Please share your views. Ramdas,
I understand your dilemma. The problem with working in pain is that you can only do it for so long until you start screaming and your body will force you to stop. I would have loved to continue working if my pain would have been mild, but the more I use my hands/arms, the more pain I get. So in the end we can't will our body to do something it can't do.
