Default PEMF / Pulsed Energy Replenisher

PEMF stands for Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field. It's used in the treatment of chronic pain and injury. (Maybe other things too; I haven't checked.)

The particular product my chiro is thinking about putting in his office is the "Pulsed Energy Replenisher" or "PER" found here:

Is anyone here currently using the PER or any PEMF device? Has anyone used these in the past? What were your experiences?
