Default Physical Therapy Orange County

Anyone know of a good PT in the OC? I tried Ando and Aston but Dr. Ando retired. I have bilateral hand pain. Any tips on where to go from here? Any tips on running Edgelow Protocol?

Hello,

Do you have neck pain too? What work you do? Are you from India?

I have a shoulder injury - possible minor rotator tear -that has been bothering me lately, my chiro did some
gua sha -
https://www.google.com/search?q=gua+...ua+sha&tbm=vid
and
kinesio taping -
https://www.google.com/search?q=knei...taping&tbm=vid

Might be worth trying.. if you are flexible or have a friend to help , you can put on the tape & even do the gua sha yourself after seeing how it is done..

Have a great guy I found after several PTs hurt me including Ando & Aston. His name is Ruben Salinas in East Yorba Linda. Great guy and I cannot refer a more knowledgeable and experienced master. He has his doctorate from USC
