Hi has anyone here had a spinal accessory nerve injury and not experienced any pain? I had a lymph node biopsy a few years ago because of left sided neck pain and an enlarged lymph node. They now think that the pain came from brachial neuritis rather than the lymph node. I didn't experience any pain after the biopsy and I have full range of movement, just slight atrophy (looks worse when elevating the arms) and weakness. Does anyone else have symptoms similar to this? I am trying to work out whether the damage has been caused by the biopsy or by the neuritis?

If you have neck pain then yes the lump might be because of spine condition and not lymph node issues. I do have a lump and the cause is c7-t1 neck issue. Regards Ramdas |
