Default Steel Clubs for Rehab

After more than 35 years with TOS, I was in a huge amount of pain and could hardly move anymore. I started working on my mobility and posture 69 months ago and it's be a long haul but I'm making good progress. I recently started using a 5 lb steel club and it's working well for me. Here's the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8SuR7T0NjY

If I may ask, what are your current symptoms?

My TOS symptoms are actually pretty good. I do get some pain and inflammation in my shoulders and arms if I stretch, or use them too much, but it's so much better than it used to be. It's been about a year since I've had a bad flare. I have to be pretty careful what I do though.

I'm starting to use 2 clubs at the same time now. Here's a new video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GvYnWRoDuK0
