[QUOTE=Akash;1216738]BigKizza - are you from Aus mate? You have some of the best PTs in the world there. Lyn Watson is a shoulder expert who has published on TOS.
If you have drooping shoulders then she is your best bet - she apparently specializes in fixing things with Trap activation.

I am from India & heck, I was even saving up to visit Aus (its very expensive for us dudes thanks to exchange rate differences) but couldn't find a PT willing to work with me on a short term basis. I guess they prefer people right next to them. Havent' contacted Lyn but was looking at other PTs.

Here is Lyns website, wish you the best of luck. Since your issues didn't come from trauma, I suspect they will be (perhaps) more straightforward to resolve.

Hey bro,

Yeah from AUS mate. I've read all of L. Watsons articles or papers she's written on TOS. I was actually going to contact her not long ago she's a 2 hour flight from me problems would come with ongoing treatment being 800kms away (400miles)

I'll look into her stuff a bit more mate. I was thinking of going to the US for treatment I've spoken to some practitioners over there who reckon they've treated it with very high success rates without surgery. That's a $6000ish risk but I Spose its better than surgery.

You'd be surprised a lot of chiros/physios always ******** to me they'll have it cured in 3 weeks and never get any improvements. A lot of people in AUS have never heard of TOS

Conservative wise guys I've been doing shoulder/Lat/rotator cuff trigger points last 3 weeks with anterior serratus/lower trap strengthening with shoulder mobility exercises so sticking with this for a bit to see if it helps. Strengthening the rotator cuff muscles aswell.

Has anyone on here seen dr stoxen by any chance??
