Hi every one long time no talk. I started a new sleeping pill last week called Nozinan and you sleep. I took it thursday night around 9pm and fell asleep by 10:30 and slept till 4 pm on friday and it took my guy a half an hour to just get me to open my eyes i managed to stay awake till 9:30pm and fell back a sleep till 7:30am on Saturday i had no trouble waking up but i was in a fog for the day. I have now cut it in half it take's a few hours to get to sleep but i am able to stay a sleep until 9 or 10 am so i am now getting at lest 6 to 7 hours of sleep ya. Not to long ago well last week i was getting 3 to 4 hours if i was lucky. Oh i am now takeing lyrica and no more burring pain in my shoulder blades some times you just gutta love meds.ha ha ha. I stared messuage therapy last tuesday and that is just great after i left her office i could turn my head side from side. For the first time in two years my pain was a 6 yes a 6 i can't remember the last time i felt that good i was laughing and i just in joyed my day. i can't wait till next tuesday when i go again. OMG, Hope- I just read your links and I think I'd think twice about this too- but, that's just my opinion. It sounds like a pretty strong drug, and benzene?!?! I remember my husband talking about how YEARS ago when he first went to work at a chemical plant that alot of the older mechanics would clean their tools in benzene- they didn't realize how dangerous it was.
