Question anyone here have hypermobile first ribs w/o hypertrophied scalenes?

my first rib moves up and down, mostly up
my shoulders flop forward very easily in my sleep

my scalenes never spasm
and my hands are still numb 24/7

when i lie on my side it feels VERY pinched right around my 1st rib, like i want to pinch the skin there..to help it breathe, if that makes sense.

does anyone else have these sx?

here's an old x-ray of my neck

i dont see anything unusual???? is it possible my brachial plexus is jut permanently scarred and causing my rib to elevate?

do i match the sx of whiplash induced tos?
