Default frustrated...

Hello all
I'm fairly new here and was recently diagnosed by my neurologist and the neurosurgeons from Jefferson Hosp Philly with TOS. Now the frustration, my thoracic surgeon wants a ulnar nerve conduction across the thoracic outlet and my neurologist refuses to do it as the Neurology association doesn't think it's reliable. Plus she states it EXTREMELY PAINFUL and doesn't think it's worth the pain.
NOW WHAT DO I DO?????
