Default Pec minor tenotomy, effect on arm and shoulder strength

Hello, can anyone who has had this op give me some info on how they were long term afterwards with respect to shoulder and arm strength and stability?

Eg any issues picking up heavy objects, doing press ups, climbing out of a swimming pool, etc.

Thanks.
