Hey bro,
I have not had surgery, but I do know what you mean by carrying a lot of stuff in your shoulders. By that I think you mean stress, anxiety, emotions etc. My symptoms really came on during a stressful time in my life and I think the tension and stress in my neck and shoulders really played a giant roll in the worsening of my symptoms. I don't really know what I can offer for advice.. but I'm trying to stay away from computers outside of work but my biggest issue is the phone.. try to stay away from things that stress you out.. try and do things that you love.. |
