The corpse pose with proper diaphragmatic breathing can help with stresses & relaxation of those tight muscle..
lots of little things...
Healthy diet , keep hydrated ( dry internal tissues get sticky)
reduce any toxins = junk food, other overly processed food, drinking, smoking..

Maybe look at some supplements.. good multivitamin , grape seed extract, MSM, calcium/magnesium.

Maybe try CBD or hemp oil products if legal for your area..

I tend to look at main stream alternatives & self help, unless a MD is actually needed.
