It can take weeks & sometimes months for full recovery. Many internal things are moved around during surgery.
it sounds lie you must have had the Vascular type TOS (VTOS) and not NTOS/nerve related.. VTOS usually recovers faster , but always follow drs orders and don't push past any pain or activities until fully healed.. gentle & smooth movements should be safe.. and good for circulation.
