Default Grocery shopping. Is it torture for anyone else?

I’m still not 100% on my diagnosis as I’ve been on this journey for about six months and a chiro finally threw out the TOS diagnosis after talking with me and doing some physical challenges that he noted as positives for TOS. I have noticed that grocery shopping is such a struggle for me. Within a few minutes I have a lot of chest pain and shortness of breath and even dizziness and have had some numbness in neck and face. Is this something others have noticed? Are there any tricks to help?
