I have a shoulder injury so not able to type longer replies..
Many questions & topics have been posted about in the past..

I forgot to add the link for site search - https://www.neurotalk.org/search.php

There is hope with conservative treatment.. doing your home work & finding expert providers is a big part of it...and it takes a lot of time & self care and avoiding aggravating activities.. Maybe a year of focused healing..maybe not , it all depends on you and who you find as treatment provider.. don't stay with anyone if you feel there is no progress.....or if they push you to do things that add pain...or waste your time..

Many want a fast fix, or aren't able to find those special providers that are really helpful..
