Default Nerves On Edge

How do you get your nerves to settle down and stop being on edge.

Is this a positive thing since maybe they are growing, stretching out, and not being hung up on things anymore.

I notice when I eat certain foods, it makes them more active.

I'm not sure if that is positive or negative.

They do not hurt. It just feels like they need to move and are on fire to go.

I stretch them and I walk a lot.

Thumbs up B vitamins aid nerve regeneration

HeyBro, be sure you are taking B-12 and B Complex vitamins. I've had really good results by adding a Magnesium tablet to my lineup. Not only settles nerves, but adds energy and also keeps me 'regular'. Keep walking.

Anne
