My TOS is mainly on my right side although I also have a herniated disc on the left in my neck. Lately, I developed significent pain behind my right knee and also somewhat around the whole knee on the right. Is it possible it has spread toa leg or can radiate that far down my body?
Has this happened to anyone else? |

I think a few of us have mentioned hip, sciatica, or low back pains over the years.
Have you had the knee checked just to rule out anything significant? For myself , I had some falls off horses, sports injuries, roughhousing as a a kid etc {jumping off house roof on a dare}. I'm thinking those things can have an long lasting impact as we age, esp if we have some sort of injury like RSI/TOS that affects the fascia even more. Any of those bumps and bangs can throw the spine out of alignment too, then with the interplay between the muscles & vertebra it can become a dicey balance to maintain. Just my thoughts after reading Sharon Butlers RSI book about how the fascia of the whole body can eventually be affected by a minor RSI {or any other injury} that is left too long or treated improperly. So it could be related to TOS, but I would get the knee checked to rule out other causes also.
