I'm here! doing ok..... trying to be proactive in my care. Backl to the PM tomorrow for a checkup- I wanted to go when I wasn't in the middle of a flare, so that we can look at the bigger picture instead of just, say, my traps or scalenes. going for another sleep study Sunday night, i think we'll try a CPAP machine. hopefully i can get a restful nights sleep.

Default Hi all,

Phoebe here. Bored to death and too hot to even open doors for dog and cats, thank goodness for pet doors! 104 today (one more day).

I'm doing well. I'm in kind of a standard mode of trigger point releases, followed by stretches, it seems to be my best bet. 4 - 5 X daily, only for about 10 min. each time. I've got neuro involvement from either c-spine or tos. Chiro when needed. phoebe

Heart

Hi guys. Not posting much due to needing to do some other computer things and I just don't have enough arms to do here too...but am lurking. Will be in FL Fri-Sun visiting my brother (Orlando) and good friend (Tampa). Not a fun trip, but one I've been putting off for 2 years. Ran out of $$ For Feldenkrais, but really learned some good stuff. I go to the YMCA every other day and walk/hot tub. Pain is a bit better with this High Pressure system in place - but the 100+ temps are miserable. can't breathe outside air at all. Once the next weather system sets in it will be back to pain hell. SSD scheduling should be about 5 months away.

On the brighter side, I'm in love and so far, he's OK with the TOS...he's very gentle and thoughtful in regards to my pain. But he hasn't seen a flare up yet - let's hope it doesn't spook him.

Good luck Johanna on the upcoming procedure! Mark, hope the upped meds give Goob the heave-ho! Much love to all of you folks!

Just came from Church where I prayed for us all here in TOSland.

Peace,
Anne

I don't post much but I read the boards at least 4 times a week. I'd be lost without this place. Thanks for all the great info and support.
