Hi all,
I completely misunderstood about UA flight to LAX. I called the travel agency and confirmed that the 1st stop was actually SFO and not LAX. I learned two things this morning 1) I was stupid and 2) UA was a lier KIX...SFO...LAX...DIA...MCI Long way to go baby...(sigh) Since the local hospital can't give me a nerve block because of anesthesiologist shortage, and my doc @ the university hospital doesn't give me one because he was too busy to do , I think staying over night in either San Fransisco or Los Angels would be best for my body. That way, I can get enough rest after the loooong flight from Japan. Anyway, what I wanna say is would any of you be able to join me dinner instead of chatting at the airport (if I can make it to the states in one piece)? I can't treat every single one of you because my dad is not Bill Gates but I'd love to spend some time with you. You know this kind of opportunity doesn't come around very often for me. I've been looking into hotels close to LAX and selected some (but haven't booked yet). I talked with my extended family in K.C. this morning on the phone and felt I must fly there no matter what unless something comes up on their end. The travel agency here is waiting for me to show up with cash in my hands. "U.S., here I come ?!" Y |
