Default Funny TOS Typo

Thought I would share this...and being a bit of an IT person I found it a tad funny...I had ins. forms to be filled out by my doc...so yes, I have TOS - which we all know is Thoracic Outlet Syndrome...well it got written on the form that I have 'Thoracic Outlook Syndrome' Funny how something small can make you laugh!!!
