Default Computer workers this may help you :)

I have been off and on this site with horrible chest pains and arm numbness. Plus digestive problems and head tingling. Anyway, I work at a computer all day and have found this simple chin tuck exercise to really help. I just went 3 days with next to no numbness or chest pain (knock on wood as hard as I can). My head is starting to really move forward on my neck and I have a little bump in my upper back now too. Surely from leaning toward the screen. I hate computers now. My neck actually pops when I do this but it gets easier and easier I'm assuming as my neck gets used to it. Hope it helps someone else.
