Default My visit to Doc

I drove almost 6 hours yesterday to meet with the only doc around here that could help me. He spent 40 mins with me and dx'ed me with bilateral TOS and is going to do surgery to help me. WHen he said to me " I bet you have had alot of people make you feel as though there was nothing wrong with you and it was all in my head" I cried. I got very emotional knowing that this man knew EXACTLY what I had been going through and wanted to help me. It is not like I want this.....but knowing what is wrong with me and getting on the right track for treatment is huge for me as I am sure it was for you. I am glad I didn't give up. Thank you to all of you who responded to my questions and supported me these past couple of years. Without this site I never would have pushed so hard to get answers. (I'm still a bit emotional)Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
