Laugh LUNCH TODAY WITH TOSers

Had a 4 hour calm, giddy and learning lunch with lovely Storti and Angel OCgirl today.
I was sooo excited to see them.
I came home exhausted and slept for 2 hours
Pat is doing very well with her pump, I'm jealous.
OCgirl has so much insight, patience and heart.
It was good to hear and see smiling faces despite our TOS pain and what life brings us with its additional challenges, ie RSD, fibro, medical issues, etc.
Incredibly wonderful to talk face to face and learn from each others experiences.
To have a "real" connection with people who understand is exciting.
I felt as if I was the student learning from the teachers.
We had so much to share with our legal and medical direction to catch up on:
RSD site
Pain Pumps
Dr. Weil
SSDI
Medicare
W/C legal issues
Attorneys
Ganglion blocks
Issels treatment center
Life and family

THANKS ladies
I learned so much from you!
Until next time
xxoo

Default fun, fun, fun!

Thanks OleCyn,
As I think back it was a little vacation from our situations when we share with friends.

I'm jealous. Being on the east coast I wish I could spend some time with you California Girls. It is so nice to share all of the different day to day experiences we all share as TOS'rs an people. Thanks for sharing!

Linda

Heart informative but mostly fun

thanks for posting this. yes, it was great yesterday. just love that lady that waited on us too.
And we all got 6 delicious muffins as a gift from her to us.
Her mom was recently diagnosed with RSD.

it was nice to have such loving, honest and caring people to share time & conversation with....I don't think we'd ever run out of things to talk about.
it was a great idea.

today i am paying dearly for being out of bed so much yesterday. I knew I would. The incisional pain is going to keep me down most of today at least, but i'd do it again.
you gals are the best - like most all tos'rs i know
Hope

OOOOoohhh,

I MISS you guys!!!

That is so great!

P.S. For any TOSers in other areas, either post or PM eachother if you're nearby, and just try to meet for a meal at someone's house, even if it's just the two of you. It is very healing to be with other TOSers, as they are the only ones who really "get" what you're going through. Every TOSer I have met is a really special, good person, also, which is kind of rare (strange.) I wish everyone could meet at one time, from all over...
