Default Is it permanent

I have just about completed all the therapy I have approved by owcp and I still cannot raise my arm above my head or behind my back. Beyond certain limits the pain is intense. Also, have cts, radial, ulnar, median nerve problems on that arm/ hand. My pinky sticks out and finger on next to thumb won't cross other one. Hard thing is writing(with pen) is one of my favorite things.

I wonder if this is going to be permanent?

Have vocab rehab appitute tests next week.
