Default Thanksgiving reading anyone?
Has anyone read this book? It may be of interest to us, especially our members from down under. The book is "Explain Pain", by David Butler and Lorimer Moseley. I'm not sure where we'd obtain it as Amazon is out and it was pub in '03. And the site could be a good lead for PT in Austraila.

There's another article I heard was very interesting in June 2007 Newsweek Magazine titled "New Research Into Pain Treatment".

Default Explain Pain book from Austrailia
Has anyone read this book ExplainPain?
If so I'd appreciate hearing your opinion/reviews. It's very expensive between the book and the shipping but was recommended by a good PT.
