Hi everyone....Well, I'm still a bit itchy but better. The rash hasn't totally gone away. I took lots of allergy meds, used my inhaler and did nothing yesterday. I have found that the only way to not have pain is to do absolutely NOTHING! The weather here has now changed and I'm not feeling well today. I'm having tightness in my chest again. I haven't been getting good sleep so I'm tired.

My kids are all sick with colds and I am trying to hide from them. I can't get sick now!

I'm sitting here wrapped in my blanket trying to get some motivation but it's not happening. I have been trying to rack my brain with trying to think of something to do. Everything requires use of my arm! I can't sit for very long either..so can't even play video games..lol. This is a real bummer!

Oh, does anyone here have any trouble with scalp flaking/peeling? Since I started the meds, my scalp is a mess. I don't know if that's a reaction as well. I never...ever had this problem. If I scratch my head...it looks like it's snowing. The only thing I'm taking now is the cymbalta...it helps.

I am seeing the pain mngmt doc again Friday. We have to find something for the post op time. This should be fun...I can't seem to take anything. I 'm getting quite nervous about the surgery. I don't know how much more pain I can take.
