Bilateral TOS. dx 2006
Confirmed with MRI (Collins) Venous, arterial and neurological both sides. Pain left>right. No accident caused. Came on over time. Probably combination of suspectibility, computer, posture and ?? No chest or overhead exercises permitted. Everything else encouraged. Upper body exercises done with shoulders down and back to insure thoracic area open and stays open (critical). Circulation improved pain improved no surgery. not needed. no cervical rib. PT works. Patience. Noticing new things every day. Recent is self adjustments to C5-T2 and clavicle relieves nerve, releases muscle tightness. |

I wish you could've come to my house, Olecyn's or Johanna's.
I actually talked to Dr. Collins several times at length - he is a vey compassionate doctor for us - and discussed that he might come to our meetings if we'd like. Imagine that! Kind man. God bless you on your journey...I try to face each day to somehow get the pain down and in some way improve my over all health...so I like your gung-ho attitude! |

ahh, I see...
I thought you were using pressure of some sort like leaning into something to make adjustments.

that can sometimes work too or for getting at trigger points. Tennis balls, golf balls. I use ALL sorts of things to help. As I said...the body will tell you
