Best wishes to you Jokat. I didn't realize you were having your third side done already. I was away from my computer and think I must've missed something. Whatever the procedure may it and your recovery go very well.

LOL.... must have been all the weight i've gained on effexor...growing that extra side and all I am having a scalenectomy on the right side. I have fellen into the lucky 25% that required the completel scalenectomy to make the first rib resection work properly. They come in at the collar bone and remove the muslce that was left behind from the first rib resection. Mine has reattached and is causing problems. I feel like a frequent flyer, not too worried. my biggest question is how many surgeries do i have to have before i get a free one???? Thanks everyone for thinking of me..hopefully i'll be able to check in later this week. Johanna

Best wishes and prayers go with you! Hey, another battle scar - bet that's exciting (NOT!). May this be the last time for a VERY long time you get to model one of those becoming one-size-fits-all gowns!!

Thank You for setting us straight Jokat. I had been thinking it was the Pec-Minor release you were going for. Let this be very very helpful for you.
btw-I had a recent experience w/a body worker who had been in a car accident many years ago. Her neurosurgeon removed her scalene for her. She didn't know of TOS but she felt better w/o the scalene/s. |

My goodness, this happened so quickly, I guess I've really been out of touch. I do hope everything goes very, very smoothly! Please keep in touch when you can and let us know how you're doing. Shelley, pls. give J. a gentle hug for us and we'll look forward to your report. (Hope you are doing well too!)
