My FCE rate delayed pain on the same 1-10 scale we all use. She had me keep notes on anything I did after the exam, and for the next 24 hours. We kept in contact for a week following the appointment on a daily basis to evaluate pain levels. She was very helpful, and already had a list of cans and cannots for TOS patients, and while I tried a few things that are usually a TOS no-no, she did not force me to do anything I was uncomfortable with. If I tried it, even for 30 seconds and said I couldn't do it, she listened.
Good luck with yours Johannakat.

talked to my disability coordinator today, they are going to put off my FCE for at least a month, longer if I have another surgery on the left side.

knowledge is power. thanks for all the insight...i am very relieved not to worry about having to push myself right now. I can just concentrate on getting better.

I Think i am going to go for a long massage tomorrow.
