Default Muscle spasm

Hello,
I already wrote it in another thread that my doctors are against hot/cold packs because they say this irritates the nervs. They explain that the muscle spasm come from irritated nervs who give the wrong information to the muscles (with the morbus raynaud I have the same with the vessels) and they cramp. A real cramp f.i. "only" lasts 2 minutes, then the power of the nerve calms down.

If we have muscle spasms it is good to move and with the help of the better circualtion oxygen,.... comes into the muscle.

It always depends where the origin of the problem is: for the fingers I have to move the shoulder and the arm.

Beeing a courious person, I tried exercices and packs and there is no long lasting solution for me. Both are for a short time but I feel "younger" and "healthier" by moving.

I recently got lymphatic massage therapy and it was soooo relaxing - maybe this will help through the wintertime.

I hope that you are all spasm-free tonight,
bye
Barbara
