I am a FIRM believer in the buckwheat pillow. It is AMAZING for me. I use it to form a space for my head and it supports my neck and my head from going side to side.....then if i want to be on my side it gives perfect support as you can mold the buckwheat to any position you like!!!
I just slept in my brothers bed while visiting him and he has a memory foam pad he got at costco on top of the bed....I noticed that I didn't move the whole night!!!!!!! it was really really comfortable. I think I will invest in one for home! take care all.....and my motto is heat for all except for migraine then use ice on the back of the neck! love and hugs, Victoria
