Crazy First Trigger point injections

Well, I finally went ahead and had my first trigger point injections. The doctor gave me 2 injections. I cried through the whole thing since needles terrify me. I am now hurting more than I did before, but I kinda expected that. So now we wait and see if it helps any. I have another appointment in a month.
