Default No reply - I am back from vacation

Just a note I am back late last night. I am taking Katie to school an hour late as we did not get home and in bed until 1:00 AM.

De has a morning appointment and I am back to work, could use a big time nap before work tonight, lol.
Hope to catch up on the reading tonight after work...

Weather was great to the TOS, the sun warm for the body, like a heat lamp, BUT at 90+ every day until yesterday it was a killer. I had trigger points before I left, took the valium for spasms. With the warm pool it really loosened up, especially my bad lower back.

Oh, the walker cart I bought was amazing! I did not ahve to carry, saved the stress on my body by having something to hold on to. The biggest thing was not carrying purse, put money in my pocket, had the water bottles, items stowed in the carrier. The airline did lose my basket and broke the levers to adjust height on the handle bars...but I will hope they replace the parts.

I will link a picture later to the one I bought. Without a scooter, this was the enxt best thing! I never could have done a trip through the airport, or even back and forth to the pool without it!

Well, i am off to start the day-back...so much to do before I leave for my convention tomorrow!
Missed you all,
Di

One thing I can say is time has definaltely improved my conditions...and for that I am blessed...I pray everyone will have relief....Amy
