Sandi K had mentioned in the TOS comfort tips thread that she uses biofeedback when she's driving to check her posture. I have the hardest time being aware of what my body is doing and I am really curious to learn from everyone what kind of biofeedback techniques they do/ use.

Wow, strange that NOBODY had anything to add to this thread.
I'm just as guilty as the rest - I have no 'official' biofeedback program or instruction that I follow. And listening to our bodies isn't a cake-walk. I'm trying to pay more attention to when I begin to get fatigued. If I'm really paying attention, I stop at the first sign of uncomfortableness when I'm on a walk or doing any exercise/task. But my type-A personality says push thru the pain, keep going. WRONG-O!!! If I mind myself (stop, ice, rest, stretch, etc.) I fair much better the next day.

I feel ya astern!!! And in addition, my complaint about being so-aware of my body I get this feeling of being self obsessed!! It's hard to juggle the mind and body to deal with physical limitations even if it is for the repair sake!!
But again, if anyone wants to shed some light on biofeedback- please do!!
