Sandi K had mentioned in the TOS comfort tips thread that she uses biofeedback when she's driving to check her posture. I have the hardest time being aware of what my body is doing and I am really curious to learn from everyone what kind of biofeedback techniques they do/ use.

Wow, strange that NOBODY had anything to add to this thread.
I'm just as guilty as the rest - I have no 'official' biofeedback program or instruction that I follow. And listening to our bodies isn't a cake-walk. I'm trying ![]() If I mind myself (stop, ice, rest, stretch, etc.) I fair much better the next day.

I feel ya astern!!! And in addition, my complaint about being so-aware of my body I get this feeling of being self obsessed!! It's hard to juggle the mind and body to deal with physical limitations even if it is for the repair sake!!
