Default Biofeedback: what are you doing that helps?

Sandi K had mentioned in the TOS comfort tips thread that she uses biofeedback when she's driving to check her posture. I have the hardest time being aware of what my body is doing and I am really curious to learn from everyone what kind of biofeedback techniques they do/ use.
