Default going to the NEW doctor

Hi guys,
I am starting this thread to report on the visits I go to with my new "revamp" your life doctor here in Calgary.

She is amazing. I loved her the moment I met her as she listens and lets you talk as much as you need to without cutting you off. You have to wait usually for your appointment time as she takes as much time as each patient needs. She has a really great lounge area where you can go and lay on a couch or put your feet up and just relax...great little room. I take a good book and patiently wait for my time with her.

Tomorrow my visit should be about food. I am recording how much protein I am taking in, in oz. and I am amazed at how little I am eating. MFP---meat fish or poultry is the acronym. Try recording what you eat for a week and see how much you are eating you will be amazed.

I do however feel I have to talk business about a letter that my LTD company wants so that my payments continue. She wants to write it with me and have my say in what it will say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love her to bits.
I will keep posting updates of how the appointments go and what I am learning about!

love and hugs to all,
Victoria
