Hi Victoria,
I just checked the link out. I would like to find a pair at our TJ Max finds! They are real expensive $150 and return policy not so hot, but at the sake of someones back and tolerance if they are working sound good. But i would look for them in a store.

I had the doc's recommend New Balance sneakers... I am wearing no shoes at home, at work I had sketchers sneaks that looked like mary jane shoes. I love them. I had to give up wearing heels to work in the first month. My low back just gave out. I do need casual sneakers though, I may try another pair of sketchers for fit.
hugs
di

i love these...tried to buy a new pair recently but they didn't have my size. boo hoo

As for the posture, my feldenkrais guy said to sit with legs at 90 angle to the floor but spread way out so hips can sink into the chair. WOuldn't want to do it in public in a skirt or anything, but it is pretty comfy at home and you can do it in any flat chair. I also have a realyl cheap office chair that i found at office depot which has a seat that slopes gently back. It is very comfortable and i hadn't really thought too much about why, btu I am sure the leaning back part is it.

I think relax the back sells memory foam cushions in a slight wedge....would probably do what you are thinking, Di.

lets see if i can find one

***pauses typing for search in different window***

this one looks cool, comfy and changeabl, tho not memory foam.....
