Default craniosacral therpay & visceral manipulation.....

hello, its me again with more q's about alternative treatments!

the lady im seeing for the alexander tech mentioned that she had spoke to a physio friend of hers who has dealt with TOS. She is a physio who is also trained in craniosacral and visceral manipulation......anyone had any sucess with these - is it wise to combine lots of different techniques, or do they compliment each other?

I appreciate any insights that can be offered - i will be away most of the weekend on a hen do (woo hoo!) so wont answer straight away.....

Wishing everyone a sunny, painfree weekend!
