OH Cyn,

You're in a tough spot. We all are with our meds.

Take care my friend. CANNOT WAIT to see you, phil and your beautiful homes. If you have any large seashell hanging aroud, you may have a captive buyer, if I am lucky enough. Hey, I'd LOVE to see your store - and then you and Phil need to come out here to our hose and you'd have a room in the West Wing, we will have ours in the South, and the pool is ANY temp you desire, as we have a solar cover and we can manipulate that.

God bless, We hope you'll take up the offer.

Default Pain, Pain, and More Pain

I haven't been here very often for many reasons. the first was computer issues. Then busy, then I guess, trying not to admit that I was in pain and could just smile the TOS away.

I can't anymore. Dr. wants me to get off percocet, as we all know they do. It's a great idea if the issue (TOS, or other horrible affliction) is going away, but otherwise, WHAT DO WE DO??

Business sucks, the economy sucks and I have major bills. Stress makes everything worse. I have been doing physical work lately that leaves me crying at night. I try to delegate but some things it isn't possible. We just plug along.

I'm so sorry to be so negative. I enjoy this site for a positive note.

Football season has started to Go Eagles and Cowboys! Linda

Hi everybody !!!!!!!!

I am so sorry for everyone that is having a bad week and for the ones that are hurting ! Please everybody.. hang in there !

Anyway.. This is a big day for me ! I was discharged from Physical Therapy today for my frozen shoulder !!!!!!!!!!! It has been a rough 8.5 months for me , 2 Cortisone Shots, and ALOT of pain. But with great therapists and just the sheer need for me to get my shoulder moving again.. I did it !! I am at 85% and it is functional. I am so happy for my arm !! ( hehe ..my other arm is too !)

Anyway, I wanted to share the joy with all of my dear friends and tell the ones that are going thru it too.. to hang in there, make sure you are doing your excersies , and take time for yourself an you will get there too !

I hope you all have a great and pain free rest of the week !

Hugs and blessings ,

Dolfinz

I suppose the only thing that keeps us going is hope and the thought that maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel, though the tunnel is very long!!

I say that laughter is great medicine and I say this to people as when they ask how do you keep cheerful, I then respond well it's better than crying.

I try to keep upbeat and laugh for the sake of family and friends if no other reason. I do cry and very easy for me to get down but I know that it won't help me just make family more worried and also upset small person. I do have a moan with a really good friend and also all my friends here, and I am thankful for the kidness shown.

So I feel for all of you in pain now, I am with you. I don't know how and where to get comfortable and wish I could take my neck and arms off and have a break for a while.

We all need a hug from time to time so here is a BIG HUG from me to you.

Take care
Hx

Default people who don't get it

I just spent the last 3 days with a 'friend' I use the term loosely as she is not a long known person or a great confiding person....hmmm new scrapbooking friend is best way to put it. no great trust on my end....nice but not so smart. She had me making b'fst and cleaning the pots and pans, taking her here and there and all over finding stores and things she wanted. We went to a 6 hr crop(group of people scrapbooking) and I nearly died from that but had my heat on the whole time and my obus form on the chair.

point being.....why do I keep a person around me who does not get it and will likley not get it. She has not a clue to what I go through. She does not offer to help.......I am bit^%ing I know but I feel ticked off. I am now going to be paying for this for weeks. I will have to slow my entire life to like nothing so I can heal or rest or something!!!!!

I guess it's my fault for not saying would you help me please....and there is another thing no really apprecation for what I was doing.....whatever it was.

sorry to whine and so on......needed to get it out. We need friends who get it and know what it is like for us to be unable to do all we'd like to do, and not hve a fit when you say sorry i need to go home now or I need to lie down now......etc....

ok out now thanks guys for listening. going to sleep and dream of sleep and pain free flying away into the sunset or over the ocean!!!

love and hugs to all have a great MOnday!!!
Victoria
